Community amenities include a tot lot, green open spaces, and a community building with resident meeting space and warming kitchen, computer room with computer stations for resident use, laundry facilities and offices for management and maintenance personnel. A service coordinator is available to residents to help connect them with various service providers in the area, including a multicultural resource center and a violence prevention center.
