To find an in-network provider, log in to benefitsaccess.org select “Health Details” and “Medical Benefits & Care Coordination.” Scroll down and click the button under “Search for in-network providers.” Use the PPO (Participating Provider Options” network and your desired ZIP code. You can also contact your Wespath Care Coordinator at 833-762-0876 for assistance.
